She is here!!

Greetings Stampers!

Well- after a long nine-months.......I am happy to announce that our little bundle of joy has arrived!  Alana Gisele arrive on Tuesday 18th (yes - she actually arrived on her due date), making her 1 week old.

And - I know that I am very biased being her mother.....but she is very very cute.  The kids are absolutely besotted by her.....actually - we all are.  She is just so kissable and huggable - we love her!  She has fitted into our family just nicely.

A few other things have happened of late....hence the reason why I have not been creating.  It looks like the Dickins are heading for a Tree Change!  We are moving house!  So, not only have I just had a child, but we have also put our house on the market.   Looking back I realise that maybe NOW wasn't the ideal time to actually put our house on the market as we have been getting madly ready for the Open House Inspections....but you live and learn.  Word of advice to you out there though - open house with a 5 day old baby is VERY hard work!

And - I can't believe it....but school holidays are nearly over!  I am a bit sad....it has been so much fun (although very tiring) to have the kids around.  I have loved watching them with their little sister and also watching them playing together.  It has been great watching them riding their bikes (although - they are obsessed with their bikes at the moment!)...and playing with their cousin Luke.  I have to laugh, my kids are obsessed with their cousin.  They just can't get enough of him.  Baden wakes up most days and suggests that we ring Luke to see what he is doing.
